专业主攻方向: 长期从事肺疾病的急诊临床和研究工作,特别是急性肺损伤抢救和康复的相关疾病的研究。在相关基金的支持下, 在肺血管通透性机理方面进行了长期和深入的研究,包括维持肺气血屏障的结构完整性和相关信号转导机理的研究。熟悉模拟肺炎小鼠模型,高通气诱导肺损伤模型和转基因小鼠的培育和鉴定,擅长人和动物样本收集和处理分析。
