医学博士，主任医师，博士研究生导师，美国密西根大学访问学者，上海市皮肤病医院光医学治疗科主任、皮肤肿瘤诊疗中心常务副主任。先后入选上海市卫健委东方英才（拔尖项目）、上海市“医苑新星”杰出青年医学人才和上海市医学会首届“青年菁英”提名。中华医学会激光医学分会青年副主任委员、中国皮肤病康复专业委员会常委兼副秘书长、中华医学会皮肤性病学分会皮肤肿瘤学组副组长、中国医师协会皮肤科医师分会皮肤肿瘤专业委员会委员、上海市医学会激光医学专科分会委员兼光动力与弱激光学组组长。主要从事皮肤肿瘤、瘢痕、光动力治疗以及遗传性皮肤病的临床与基础研究。国内首报Brooke-Spiegler综合征，搭建和优化I型神经纤维瘤病（NF1）致病基因的突变检测平台并完成中国NF1患者首个大样本的突变检测研究；确证咪喹莫特联合可以有效提高ALA-光动力（ALA-PDT）治疗皮肤鳞癌的疗效，并对ALA-PDT姑息治疗晚期非黑素皮肤癌进行了积极探索并取得肯定疗效，结合团队前期研究基础提出“以ALA-PDT为优势的非黑素瘤皮肤癌防治康复”体系；完成中国人群光老化皮肤、日光性角化病到皮肤鳞癌的单细胞谱系测序研究；国际上首先提出ALA-PDT重塑皮肤鳞癌肿瘤微环境诱导肿瘤三级淋巴结构形成。主持省级以上课题9项（其中国自然3项），参与多项其他国自然以及科技部重点专项的研究。发表论文近200篇，以第一作者或通讯作者在JAADBJD、JEADV、CDD、Oncoimmunology、PDPDT等皮肤科和光动力领域权威杂志上发表SCI论文40余篇。参编皮肤科专著及教材7部、获得中国康复医学会科学技术奖一等奖2项、华夏医学科技奖二等奖1项、上海市科技进步奖三等奖1项。 附近5年发表论文： 1 Li Z, Lu F, Zhou F, Song D, Chang L, Liu W, Yan G*, Zhang G*.
