赵爱民同志长期从事妇产科的医疗、教学、科研及管理工作。研究方向长期以来聚焦于母胎免疫耐受调控机制、复发性流产等生殖免疫相关疾病的基础与临床诊疗研究和规范化,取得了一系列创新性的研究成果。主要学术贡献:基础研究方面:①首次发现口服滋养细胞膜抗原可成功诱导小鼠产生妊娠免疫耐受;②首次发现Fas-FasL相互作用参与了母胎界面免疫耐受格局的形成;③首次发现母胎界面存在MDSCs细胞,并发现MDSCs能调控蜕膜T细胞、Nk细胞以及滋养细胞,MDSCs数量和功能异常可导致母胎免疫耐受机制失衡,参与了复发性流产等疾病的发病;④首次发现母胎界面微环境参与了调控蜕膜PMN-MDSC的分化和调控;⑤首次发现脂肪酸代谢对早孕期蜕膜PMN-MDSCs分化和功能的调控作用;⑥发现雌激素诱导的FOSL1可调控子宫内膜基质细胞运动能力;⑦建立了自身免疫型复发性流产的小鼠模型。这些研究发现和成果为进一步阐明母胎免疫耐受的形成机制,深入研究复发性流产等疾病的发病机制,探索和建立新的免疫治疗靶点提供的新的方向。临床研究方面:①在国际上首次建立复发性流产易栓症的临床预测模型并应用于临床诊疗;②成功将子宫动脉及内膜下血液动力学研究结果用于复发性流产等疾病的临床预测和诊疗中;③发现小剂量阿司匹林可以改善复发性流产等患者的子宫内膜容受性和血液动力学,有利于改善妊娠结局;④首次在中国人群中证实非标准抗磷脂抗体aPS/PT对产科抗磷脂综合征(OAPS)的诊断价值;⑤牵头制定并发布了4个关于复发性流产规范化诊疗的中国专家共识,为有效推动我国复发性流产的规范化诊治做出了杰出贡献。学术交流和推广:作为大会主席,举办了多届全国女性生殖免疫高峰论坛和国际生殖免疫高峰论坛,大会每次均邀请了国内外生殖免疫领域的顶尖学者参与学术报告,不仅介绍了该领域的最新研究成果,同时也向国际展示我国生殖免疫领域基础与临床的最新研究进展。所主办的会议已经成为国内外从事生殖免疫领域研究的学者们的最具影响力的交流平台,也成为生殖免疫领域的最具影响力的品牌会议和学术风向标。同时作为学者,每年应邀参加数十场有关专题报告,为规范和推动我国生殖免疫的基础与临床研究健康有序发展做出了积极贡献。 主持国家自然科学基金资助项目5项: 1. 国家自然科学基金委员会,面上项目,82071725,髓系抑制细胞调控蜕膜NK细胞的作用及机制研究,2021-01-01至2024-12-31,在研,主持 2. 国家自然科学基金委员会,面上项目,81871179,蜕膜基质细胞调控髓系抑制细胞表型和功能的分子机制,2019-01-01至2022-12-31,在研,主持 3. 国家自然科学基金委员会,面上项目,81671481,髓系抑制细胞与滋养细胞的交互对话及其分子机制,2017-01-01至2020-12-31,结题,主持 4. 国家自然科学基金委员会,重大研究计划,91442113,髓系抑制细胞对蜕膜免疫细胞网络的调控作用及分子机制,2015-01-01至2017-12-31,结题,主持 5. 国家自然科学基金委员会,面上项目,81270715,蜕膜免疫细胞交互对话与妊娠免疫耐受机制,2012-01-01至2016-12-31,结题,主持 代表性学术论文(*通讯作者): 1.Wang Q, Zhang X, Li C, Xiong M, Bai W, Sun S, Chen C, Zhang X, Li M, Zhao A*.
